This policy explains how CW Consulting Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), based in Sarasota, Florida, handles information collected through this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, and project description. We use these only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

Information collected automatically

To help route, prioritize, and protect against spam, each form submission is stored alongside limited technical context: your IP address, browser language, time zone, screen and viewport size, referring page, and browser user-agent string, plus an approximate location (city/region/country) derived from your IP address by our hosting platform's edge network. We do not store your precise location, and we do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site usage. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or persist identifiers on your device, and does not track you across other websites. It collects only aggregate, anonymous metrics such as page views and referrers so we can improve the site. Because no cookies or cross-site identifiers are used, no consent banner is required.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site, and only as needed to respond to you or where required by law:

Netlify — hosts the contact form's backend function and provides the edge network used to derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Supabase — stores your submission, including the technical context described above.
Resend — delivers the email notification of your inquiry to us.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Ask us not to contact you further.
